Humans, eat food, feel like shit, the next weekend do it again. Take a dog for example, if they eat food that makes them feel crap they’ll never eat it again. *its funny we seem to be the only species on earth that will continually eat food that makes us feel like shit. This is what causes that brain fog on top of that nasty energy dump. Soon enough it runs out of sugar to suck up, and starts to take away the carbs/sugars that are feeding your brain. When we have too many sugars we produce a lot more insulin in the body, it sucks up all the sugar as this is a fast energy source. Limit your stimulants, everyone is different here.Īdded sugars – eating too many added sugars often causes us to have a sudden crash of energy. You should be drinking at least 2.5-3L of water daily. ![]() Think of food as your fuel and you are the top of the range Rolls-farking-Royce! But our main food source should come from nutrient dense whole foods. We can have a few cheeky snacks or a few wines with the crew. Nutrition – are you eating and fuelling well majority of the time? Put the phone down and give your self the best chance for the next day. Sleep – are you getting enough quality sleep or on your socials scrolling looking for the next quick fix. Some things we could look at and change instantly if we value our health and fitness. Our lifestyle plays a big part in our energy levels. So how the Fark can we have the excuse of no energy? The more exercise we do the more the body will produce in order to meet our daily requirements of energy. In simple terms, it is a part of a cell and its main role is to produce energy for us to use.
